I am very impressed with the way Summit takes care of 565 Proudfoot. Since moving in here, any concerns I might have had were addressed and resolved promptly. I love my apartment and find it very quiet and peaceful. Our building manager and his assistant are quick to respond to any requests. They work extremely hard to ensure things run smoothly, and they are always happy to help. I highly recommend 565, especially if you are a single person who enjoys peace and quiet. Whenever I have required some direction in dealing with an issue, the building manager has met with me in his office to discuss it. I have lived in several rental buildings in London. I am very happy with Summit and the management team, who work tirelessly to make 565 a great place to live. Five stars for sure!!

Summit Properties is the best place to stay in London, Ontario. Feels like home. Very spacious apartments, peaceful, safe, very clean, and have a very beautiful view from the apartment. The staff is very helpful. Management is awesome. They always answer your phone calls and get back to your emails quickly. Very Reasonable rent for a spacious condo-like apartment. It’s a pleasure to live in such a nice property with the best management. The best well-maintained place to stay.

Moved into a lovely corner unit at 565 Proudfoot Lane last year. Rose, the leasing agent was sweet and helpful. The building manager is very diligent about ensuring cleaning is completed. I feel safer here than my last rental. I can’t believe how much space I have in my closet, the layout here is wonderful.
