Business Cares Christmas Food Drive
Each December, Summit Properties hosts food drive boxes across our commercial and residential buildings as part of the city-wide Business Cares campaign. Together with our tenants and staff, we collect donations to support families in need during the holiday season.

Each year, Summit partners with the City of London to host Compost Value Day at our property at 235 North Centre Road. This initiative provides Londoners with an affordable way to access compost while promoting sustainable gardening and waste reduction practices.
