With each rental you receive
Full access to the main meeting room and smaller break-out room. Rental costs also include cleaning, and use of flip chart, whiteboard, and TV.
Rates
- Full day (8 hours) – Summit Tenants: $300 +HST
- Half day (4 hours) – Summit Tenants: $150 +HST

- Tea Kettle/Keurig available – tea/coffee & supplies not included
- Wi-Fi available
Please note: Running water and a fridge are not available in the meeting space.

Note: Once submitted, a Summit staff member will reach out with the booking contract. This agreement must be completed a minimum of 2 business days in advance of the rental date.
Rental fees will be automatically billed via the tenant ledger. Should you desire to pay via a different form of payment, please indicate this on your rental contract.
