With each rental you receive

Full access to the main meeting room and smaller break-out room. Rental costs also include cleaning, and use of flip chart, whiteboard, and TV.

Rates

  • Full day (8 hours)  –  Summit Tenants: $300 +HST
  • Half day (4 hours)  –  Summit Tenants: $150 +HST

  • Space can fit 20- 24 people seated
  • Soft seating space for breaks
  • TV with HDMI connection for presentations
  • Magnetic whiteboard
  • Small breakout room available – seats up to 6 with TV for presentations
  • Flip chart with markers
  • Tea Kettle/Keurig available – tea/coffee & supplies not included
  • Wi-Fi available

Please note: Running water and a fridge are not available in the meeting space.

Note: Once submitted, a Summit staff member will reach out with the booking contract. This agreement must be completed a minimum of 2 business days in advance of the rental date.

Rental fees will be automatically billed via the tenant ledger. Should you desire to pay via a different form of payment, please indicate this on your rental contract.
